I would check out the usual websites: Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia, CheapTickets, etc. I have found purchasing online is usually cheaper than calling the airline directly.

Look at vayama.com or kayak.com. Vayama has a lot of specials and they have good deals. Also on kayak you can compare prices to other sites. Vayama also has a booking buddy that loads when you pick your flight and dates and hit search that does the same thing. It is easier than going to each individual site. As for leaving from tampa it is bound to be more expensive than leaving from NYC, LA, or Chicago. So it may even be beneficial to look at flying to one of those places 1st and then going to Bali.
